ENCA Newsletter 1 - March 2005

        At least it comes ENCA has its first newsletter !

ENCA was launched in 2002 in Paris as an unofficial network of european parent groups and associations.

In this newsletter each association member of ENCA presents its organisation, activities, and hopes for ENCA.

ENCA newsletter will be available soon in acrobat format and through an internet subscription.
